Wow, cannot fault the place at all!! Stayed here on a family visit with three young kids. Nothing was too much trouble, very helpful chap called Adam in there who was only too pleased to help with bags and advice. Although we use this hotel frequently I was particularly impressed by the friendliness of the staff on our last visit. Thanks especially to waitress Elaine and to Adam and Laura on reception. The Bar and the Restaurant were very busy, but the staff couldn't have been more helpful.
