Hello all.
Went to the Astor Hotel on an online concession when going to see my Girlfriends family. Firstly, the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Joseph, the owner was a top card and when we arrived offered us a discounted rate on upgrading our rooms. Which we did. The room we stayed in - the suite with the...

We arrived at a hostel type 'cell' with a creep of a man called Joseph who was clearly mentally ill as his lies & promises amount to nothing in his debt ridden (if the staff are to be believed) the most filthy drab of an excuse for a hotel. Full of pathetic excuses but no real tangible solutions we left...

I stayed in this hotel on a business trip and was very disappointed with the whole experience. The bed was awful, things didn't work, the entrance and restaurant were shabby and the food was well below average. Plus it was expensive. There must be a thousand hotels better than this in Plymouth - my advice is stay in one of...

How wrong i was to be concerned
