Nice hotel with hardly noise from the main road outside. On the outskirts so easy to find and only 5 minutes from the town centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My only surprise was to still see a tube type telly in the room where all the others have had flat screen tv's. Room was spacious with an enormous... More

Stayed at this Premier Inn from 21st - 27th December. Have stayed there 3 or 4 times per year since it became a Premier Inn and always found the stafff to be very pleasant and helpful. Three members of staff have been there nearly as long as we have stayed there. The only gripe that we have is that the... More

This was our first stay in a premier Inn and it was excellent. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean and value for money. Highly recommended! More

Parking was a problem if you arrived later in the day as customers of the Beefeater also use the car park. Having said that reception did allow me to use a disabled space as no guest with disabilities staying that night. Beef Eater poor had to walk away as the waiting time was 45 minutes. Found better value in Exeter... More

Great parking, no problem finding a space, quite a difficult turn got into the wrong lane on roundabout and had to go past. Rooms clean and as expected. Bar really busy had a very long wait only one person serving. Food in the evening wasn't at all good, but breakfast was very nice. More

Despite being on a roundabout this motel style hotel is good value as a base for central Devon. Beware of the portion size in the attached Beefeater. I needed a walk after dinner after my chicken and ribs. More

This was a well presented hotel, with good accommodation, and the usual high standard of Beefeater attached. Well placed for easy access to major routes. Would happily use it again. More

Stayed for one night, room only, on trip to Scilly via Penzance. Near a busy roundabout but easy to find, and plenty of free car parking. No probs booking and settling in, room comfortable and well appointed. Inspite of dear old Lenny Henry's advertisement Premier are not really the cheapest but they are very reliable in our experience with accomodation... More
