We stayed here for three very restful nights. Debbie and Carl are charming hosts who make you feel at home in their beautiful tastefully designed house. Breakfast lovers will enjoy their daily indulgence and for a pleasant evening its just a short walk to a good selection of restaurants and bars. We were sorry we didn't stay longer however Carl... We made a last minute booking based on a recommendation and were delighted with the accommodation and service provided by our very welcoming hosts. Room 1 and bathroom are characterful, very comfortable and with stunning views across town and over the harbour and sea. The decor throughout the hotel is lovely and there are many luxuries including excellent toiletries. The... More

After trawling through the internet we decided on Seaforth, a good choice from what we had read, thank goodness for trip advisor it was a good choice, what a splendid guesthouse and nice people running it (well unfortunately Carl was indisposed and we didn't get to meet him but we're sure he must be as nice as Debbie, we hope... By chance made a late and successful booking to stay for three nights at the Seaforth in St Ives last week. What luck! Close to railway and bus station, easy to find amongst the labrynth of streets, lovely rooms and facilities, terriffic views out over the harbour and such delightful, friendly and helpful hosts. I felt utterly spoilt and others... More

Third stay and as good as ever. Carl and Debbie welcomed us as old friends as we came off the coastal path after a hot day walking in the sunshine. Room 1 is a must. Extremely comfortable and a fantastic view over St. Ives town and the bay and you have your very own bathroom; yes 'walkers' there is a... More

Myself and my husband stayed at this b&b for three nights 24th-26th of May and we can't fault the place. We had room three which was the biggest and had amazing views out onto the bay with two lovely window seats where you could just sit in the large bay window and just chill. The room was very tastefully decorated... More

We stayed three nights at the Seaforth whilst attending a friends wedding. The room was stylish and wonderfully presented - as was the rest of the guest house. Every morning we had delicious breakfast with great cereals yoghurts and fresh fruit, not to mention the full english. Which set us up for all the walking along the sandy beaches. The... More

We arrived here at the end of a 21 mile coastal walk in 60 mph winds and driving rain to be greeted by Debby at saying "I have upgraded your room - thought you might appreciate the luxury of a bath after your long day walking!" What music to our ears!! The room was beautiful, the bathroom cabinet full of... More

We stayed for a night in a beautiful and luxurious room with spectacular sea views( some through the bathroom, too). Debbie and Carl are very friendly and helpful and suggested a great place for dinner. They made us feel special by serving breakfast in a romantic setting. This guest house is a veritable treasure trove of beautiful collectibles , tastefully... More

We stayed here for just one night at the start of a walking tour, and we found it a wonderful place to stay. Carl and Debbie were very friendly and welcoming. In fact, when we arrived, there was a note on the front door addressed to us with instructions in case they didn't hear us knocking. The room was tastefully... More
