Spent 2 nights at The Eliot whilst attending a wedding. The hotel is in need of a little TLC but we were very impressed by the staff particularly June on reception. She never seemed to be off-duty despite not being very well and her customer care was exemplary. She was friendly and helpful - a credit to the company. More
