Great location, right next to the harbour and town. Can check the surf just steps from your bed, brilliant! Jackie and her Grandson were really welcoming, always there for anything I needed. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Newquay!!!

We stayed for a weekend while visiting friends outside of Newquay. The location is perfect, at the best end of town just a little walk from the gorgeous beaches yet it is quiet at night. Accommodation is lovely. Very clean, spacious and homely. The breakfasts are top class! A perfect break - very well recommended

Stayed here for a weekend in room 8. View was superb. Was lovely waking up to a view over the beach. Jackie, the owner is a lovely lady. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Location is also good as on the edge of town an close to bars, restaurants and beaches. Will be back again
