If you looking to spend time visiting Newquay area with a small budget; however you still want comfort and service, this is the place.

Better in the sense of real honest to goodness warm hospitality provided by one of the good old long board surfer guys of Cornwall: in the form of Glyn and his lovely wife Sharon, together, proudly maintaining their property perfectly, spotlessly. Value for money second to none. I'll be back!

Our weekend stay was amazing, so close to the beach, good surf practacly on the door step. Lovely people, very helpful, we were made to feel at home :) The breakfast was really nice. Rooms are super clean and cosy. Well worth a stay.

I have stayed at this premesis many times both on my own, and with my Mother or sister. The rooms are lovely, comfortable and clean, and the breakfast is excellent! Sharan are Glyn are excellent hosts, very friendly and helpful. Perfectly located in the centre of Newquay, and a brilliant base for exploring Cornwall.
