This is a lovely B'n'B, very good value for money, in a very convenient location. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but spotlessly clean and perfectly comfortable. The breakfast was - as several reviewers have commented - superb. I'd have no hesitation about staying here again.

Very nasty hotel. Had to cancel at short notice because of floods. The owner would not compromise. We even offered to pay half and she refused. Do not stay there, very unfriendly owner, greedy and rude.

The staff were friendly & the breakfast very good however I would not stay again. The room was very outdated & a bit shabby. The ensuite tiny & the shower inadequate, I could not wash my hair. The towels were old, rough & tatty so I didn't feel clean .

The entrance to both houses is rather shabby and does nothing to help one's immediate sense of "Oh Dear" The rooms are adequate but the carpets are extremely tired and the en suite bathrooms are very small. Lovely, hardworking staff who were constantly rushed off their feet.Breakfasts were fine. We only stayed at this B&B for one night however we were happy with the accommodation. The full breakfast was very nice and big. The rooms were clean and spacious and also had wifi in the room which was handy. The location was also handy to walk into the town centre

Great location as we were visiting the University for my daughters interview. Very friendly. Breakfasts were great. Room was fresh and clean. Will certainly recommend.
