Having previously stayed here we decided to take advantage of the £10 sale and go for two nights. Our room was 14 at the rear and it was nicely furnished with flat screen tv nice bathroom with shower and bath. We stayed before in room 17 just a bit further along and it was just as nice. Everything was nice and... More

Just stayed in this Travelodge for 2 nights, we got the £12 rooms, for a shopping trip and relaxing break in Chester, very helpful staff, exceptionally clean room and facilities. Wouldn't hesitate in booking this Travelodge again. However the Toby Carvery very disappointed we were advised by the hotel staff that there was a pub called Oaklands (part of the... More

We stayed at this Travelodge for 1 saturday night in December. 2 adults and 2 children (9 and 3). We couldn't get a special rate room and so it cost £61.70 - breakfast would have been extra. First impressions were the hotel was a little bit tired and could do with an overhaul. We were given the room key and... More

I didn't expect a lot with it being a Travelodge and I was right. The building itself is in need of redecoration. The rooms are lacking - there was a massive empty area in the room where a sofa bed would have been. When I booked I clearly made the booking for 2 adults but we were left with only... More

Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Hotel inside was very clean as was the room and bathroom. The matress on the bed had seen better days and should be replaced - lumpy and lacks support. Asked for extra pillow but none were available - if you need two take your own. The hotel entrance is narrow door up a... More

It was nice to go back and have a meal in the Carvery, spend the evening there rather sitting in the bland hotel room, we use Travelodge often on the... More
