Spent weekend here with friends. its a great place to stay, very friendly, superb location, 10 minute walk to town centre, lovely breakfast.

we stayed at bawn lodge for two nights. chester lovely place. Could not sleep for traffic windows did not close properly. Not double glazed.
Having you breakfast in the bar area was a bit off putting not again for us.

Very friendly and helpful staff, hotel could do with a bit of decoration. Good to have a fridge,
iron and ironing board in room. Room was very comfortable except for the shower, the head kept falling off the wall.
We had a very enjoyable stay.

Accessable, clean (apart from the dust on the dado rails), and good parking. The place is basically a bar for the locals with a few bedrooms - saying that, there was no problem with noise and the service was good. Bed was spotless, big and comfy.
