The staff were very unhelpful. Charged more than £80 for bed and breakfast ......... so much for the adverts. The room was basic and the parking great. The hotel had no atmosphere and when I asked for a map of the area the receptionist could not even indicate where the hotel was on the map. We asked about taking public... More

As we were meeting with friends in the area this hotel was the closest and reviews were favourable so we booked. £29.00 room only for a Saturday night was a plus. Upon arrival we were greeted by a lovely receptionist who was very friendly and helpful. The car parking was more than ample and the room was basic but clean.... More

We payed £29 a night for 2 nights at this Premier Inn and everything was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable and had everything we required. It is well located for visiting Chester as the there is a bus stop very close by and the reurn fare into the town centre was just £3.The... More

This is quite a large Premier so has plenty of parking and a large pub/restaurant attached to it. Their website says that there may be some noise pollution as this is situated in quite a busy area. I have to admit that we had no external noise pollution whatsoever, just a noisy family next door. Staff on reception were courteous... More

I booked this particular Premier en route because it was in the £19 sale. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, so I slept well. For £19 it was a great choice. If I were to pay more, I would say the downsides were a very slow check-in, despite the staff being absolutely lovely and also there is no lift.... More

The staff are exceptionally helpful. The rooms excellent and spotless. Facilities are above average. Car parking clear and plentiful. Breakfast on a par to a 4 star hotel. Based on my stay I would highly recommend. More

Brilliant service especially in the brewers fayre restaurant next door. also rooms and bed comfortable. Couldn't fault our one night stay - especially as the room was just £19 (not bad for Chester city centre)! More

We booked 2 rooms for a overnight stay with friends. On our way to Chester we visited Cheshire oaks for shopping & a meal. We checked in, freshened up then visited the Twirl of hay for drinks. On arrival we all booked the meal deal which was very good value, tasty and very filling. After a nights sleep [only gripe hard... More

Excellent Premier Inn. Nothing too much trouble for the very friendly staff. Very child friendly. We had 4 rooms for a family get together. All parties agreed the rooms were spotless, spacious and the room temperature was perfect. The restaurant also showed us the same friendly courtesy, ensuring we were all sat together and again nothing was too much trouble,... More

We stayed here for New Years Eve and the night before for a total £130. We were up for a wedding and the hotel was close to the venue and close enough to Chester for us to drive in and eat out. Also close proximity to Sainsburys to you have alternatives for somewhere to eat if that's what you want.... More
