Of the Premier Inns in Chester this offered the best price and was only 25 minutes walk from the centre or close to a bus route (free if you have a bus pass!). Normal high standards of Premier Inn, very clean & lovely large TV. Room on ground floor by entry road which is not my preference but hotel was full. If our daughter chooses Chester Uni next year we will visit again. Excellent service from the front desk, gave us map with free car park marked, well done.

Stayed here with my fiancé for the night before heading off to Chester Zoo the following day. Lovely clean spacious room, a lovely spacious bed, and a really big TV! Was very impressed and the staff were all very friendly Top marks! Will definitely come back :)

On arrival old towel left in bedroom, bathroom smelly. Staff came after a call to reception and 20 mins later a second request and agreed towel sould not have been left in the room, but proceeded to leave on floor outside bathroom. I picked it up and asked her to remove it which she did! Also bad road noise.
