Excellent location made up for the dated rooms. Good breakfast although would have appreciated vegetarian choice. Can be noisy through sash windows at front but it didn't keep me awake.

Grotty overpriced hotel, do not stay here. Told the rooms will be updated next year but not told when we booked. Very out of date and not clean at all. Unsafe electrical cables for tv and hairdryer in room 17. Room smelled and was damp. No car park space even though advertised. Only plus side is location.
