Stayed here whilst at a conference in Chester! Room-small, adequate for 1, shower old and not the cleanest! Hospitality- nice people and friendly at all points! Breakfast- good selection and well cooked! If I was in the area for same type of stay would use this hotel but not one for a nice night away with the girlfriend!

i stayed in the westminister for a night, and found the staff very friendly and helpful, we paid a extra £10 each, which gave us 2 free drinks at the bar and a breakfast which was very good and served by very friendly staff, the double room was a nice size and clean, will definitly use this place again.

Stayed here in March whilst exploring England and Wales, throughly enjoyed staying in Chester, such a beautiful city absoloutely loved it. The hotel was clean and offered some of the best value in Chester, parking was a slight issue but nothing major. I'd stay again as the staff were very accommodating and the hotel was clean.

Staying at best Western Westminster Chester was not pleasant. The price was quite low but so was the quality of the room and the service.
