We love this B&B, perfect location with off street parking, close to all the amenities meant we didn't need to use the car. Lovely quiet location, spotlessly clean with a marvellous breakfast and a lovely en-suite room overlooking the River Dee.

Wanting to stay in Chester we found this b&b fitted the bill perfectly. We were visiting family in the area and also wanted to have a good look around Chester which we were unable to do previously. Good location, peaceful, comfy bed, decent breakfast and friendly helpful hosts. We will return.

Our sat/nav could not cope with Chester's one-way streets, however, the riverfront location turned out to be perfect, and just a few minutes walk to the historic town centre. We stayed at Grove Villa for a weekend break in Chester. Grove Villa is superbly located overlooking the river Dee and literally minutes walk away from the heart of Chester. Lovely warm welcome from owners! Room was fantastic, me and my partner stayed in room 2. The bed was very comfy and the hot drinks tray was brilliantly stocked up! The hotel had a Brilliant view and location over looking the river dee, we would deffinatly stay here again when visiting chester! Xx

Stayed 2 nights in bedroom 1. Super location next to the river - very quiet & peaceful - yet an easy walk to the city centre. Hosts very friendly & breakfasts good. Would definitely stay there again

lovely location on the river front, few minutes walk from the centre of chester ,lovely large rooms very clean, good breakfast with plenty of choice my only problem is that guests all sit around one large table at breakfast & im not a morning person (picky i know!!) but all in all a very nice place to stay!!

This B&B is right on the river which is a really pleasant place to be! There is a promonade with restaurants along the river, and cruise boats.
