Stayed here one night. Hotel is 5 minute walk from railway station and then 10 minute walk to main shopping centre, city walls and other attractions. Friendly staff, comfortable, modern and clean room. Our room was away from the main road and very quiet inside and outside. Continental breakfast good choice and value.

Good location, really friendly staff, great that family rooms meant proper bed not just pullout foam sofa. Comfy beds as the advert says "great nights sleep'. Only negative was restaurant not available as being refurbished. However staff really helpful in recommending alternate breakfast places.

We stayed here 11th - 14th June 2013. This was one of the best short breaks we have ever had and we have stayed in quite a few more expensive places. Staff Brilliant and friendly. Clean, tidy. As expected from premier inn. Good Internet coverage. Fast and reliable Decent location. Walking distance to city centre. Close to few nice bars and few good restaurants.

All staff good. Premier Inn's have generally been a good experience for us. This one is well located and we will definitely use again, hope to return to Chester before too long. Fine city except for the litter, which is disgraceful. I hope the Council appoint a dozen litter pickers and quickly.
