Close to city centre, train station & some excellent restaurants. Staff are very helpful & friendly. Hotel very clean. We asked for a quiet room after reading other reviews & were given a room on the 3rd floor overlooking the car park no problems it was really quiet, we slept very well. More

Writing this as I'm still in the hotel after a terrible nights sleep. The rooms are not double glazed in fact it feels like they are not glazed at all with the draft and noise. First time we have stayed at this Premier Inn and we certainly will be staying again. From the minute we arrived the staff greeted us with a welcoming smile and information about the Inn and this continued throughout our stay. location right in center , staff very good rooms nice and clean ...only problem in my room (329) the bed was very hard and uncomfortable got no sleep and hotel was booked up so unable to be moved,i was offerd a refund which i took but it ruined are stay...ASK FOR SOFTER BED More

Great location next to the canal not to far away from the main shops,fantastic Thai resturant next door and a nice pub under it all In all great stay,small carpark 6quid a night.the beds are always the best at a premier inn More
