On the plus side, the house is lovely, the bed was comfortable, the room a decent size (king-size with en-suite), great power shower, it was quiet and we were able to book last minute (booked monday, stayed saturday). We were in the area for a wedding and wanted something different away from everyone. We arrived early and no one was there. We called and had to wait a while to be let in. There were always people around in the common area, but none of them were guests. We will find a different place the next time.

This is by far one of the best places to stay in Aylesbury, it's a pleasant change from the usual worn out places offering mediocre rooms. The building is a beautiful modern property and the rooms are spacious and at a standard that you might expect at some of the bigger national hotel brands.
