I spent one night on my own for the first time at a hotel and so glad I chose Premier Inn at Crib's Causeway. Totally comfortable room, night's sleep and super service from all staff. Breakfast was excellent value and equaled a more expensive hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Premier Inn's now seem to have the upper hand in the mid-price (sometimes bargain) hotel market. Travelodges and Travel Inns (if they still exist) are falling far behind. We have stayed here twice in the past couple of months en route from Cambridgeshire to Cornwall. Its proximity to the M5 makes it a great choice for us to break up the long drive. clean great rooms friendly helpful staff. food good too family rooms were great with bath and shower to be able to wash little ones. easy access off the m5 although directions once in cribbs causeway was tricky.

We stayed here on the way back from a day spent at Badminton Horse Trials. There are numerous eateries around so ever taste should be catered for. The hotel room was clean and comfortable and consistent with the Premier Inn brand. The staff were friendly and smiley and nothing was too much trouble.
