Being there for a business trip, I didn't expect much but the room was okay. Service was medium, one day a nice lady at the reception, the day after a very disappointed man, unpolite and not keen on giving advice. I guess it depends of the day.

Lovely, friendly, helpful staff. Rooms clean and spacious, slight problem with our room being very warm but a fan was already supplied. Bristol Concorde next door was perfect for a bite to eat. No problems at all and we felt very welcome. Thank you very much Premier Inn, Filton.

Never been to a premier inn and due to advertisments on the tv and the low price I didnt think it would be anything special, especially after staying in a Travel Lodge before. Extremely friendly staff. fab nights sleep, comfy beds etc as always in any premier inn. Clean. family friendly. lovely food and staff in the brewers fayre next door. slight downfall is sharing the carpark with local shops but cameras are present. Would stay again. Thank you x x

Easy to find (with satnav). Parking is not specific to the hotel but in a shopping square. No problem and the hotel advises the security personnel of their guest cars numbers.
