Staying at the Future in was an absolute pleasure. The room rates were fantastic and the room itself more than satisfactory. The staff were friendly & courteous. The food in the on site restaurant was very impressive and it's well worth the extra 5 quid a day for breakfast. I really can't fault this place. More

I found this hotel good in quality of rooms ,location etc but do not offer something to a customer on the pretence of being free ie. wifi and later charge 20 pounds on to the bill also word of advice to future customers do not allow them to extend money on to your account as they will fleece you basically... It exceeded our expectations - exceptional value for money... really large, clean rooms, good service, fantastic location - right across the road from the shopping centre. A good hotel, but a modern hotel so lacks character. Roosare agood size with a 6 foot double and a walk in shower. We had a Superior room in this city centre hotel and it was extremely nice. Two large double beds, air con/heating, internet etc. Nice and clean and good value for money. Not noisy.
