Sunset was ok for one or two nighta. Nice feature of having seperate room for second bed especially when your travelling with business partner. Continetnal breakfast is really poor. We stayed at the Sunset Motel on our trip from BC to Saskatchewan this year. We have stayed two or three times before. They accept pets (no extra charge), clean room, friendly front desk, small but perfectly acceptable free continental breakfast in the morning, easy parking, very handy location. Has always had what we needed, at an excellent price.

Sometimes your just want a clean room for a one-night stay. Our room was great for just that. The motel is not modern or fancy but the room was all we needed with many extras. This motel represents the opportunity to support a NON-INTERNATIONAL motel chain.

This motel is situated just off the highway 3, at first glance you may be tempted to move on as the outward appearance is quite shabby. This is an older motel, but well maintained and certainly adequate for a night's stay. Walking distance from the downtown area, close to the highway but not noisy. Reasonably priced, good value, and friendly management and staff.

Got a suite with three double beds for less than $90. Good deal, but no frills. They did have some free breakfast items, which was nice.

We booked this motel online for a 1 night stay and when we first arrived thought it looked very old and tired and we were a bit worried. Great little motel - very convenient. The owner greeted us and was very helpful. Rooms are dated, but bed was a very comfortable king, rooms very, very clean. Had Internet access and seating area. Nice small town - Johnny's Restaurant on Main Street was good - local beef.

A good friend and I had stopped in Fort Macleod for the night, and just need a cheap place to stay.
