10 minutes away from the Casino, very close to Ottawa.I didnt go to the Spa. Breakfast was so so...and dinner was good. There is no room service. The staff was very helpful and always with a smile. I definitely recommend the Chateau Cartier!:)

I have had breakfast and dinner in Bistonome in the Chateau Cartier and they were delightful. It is a good spot and very much needed as the hotel itself is not close to other venues. The hotel has been working hard at improving each time that I have stayed there.
