We stayed as a family on our way to the Cliffs of Moher. Setting was absolutely beautiful and quiet, lovely castle view. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hosts Patricia and Garrett are great and welcomed us into their home . They prepared us a home cooked dinner and great breakfast. Most enjoyable were our hosts who were very welcoming not... More

The B&B is in a beautiful place in the Kerry countryside. The hosts, Garrett and Tricia could not have been more welcoming. They serve their own home-grown potatoes and vegetables at dinner and the cooked breakfasts are also delicious. The rooms are a little dated but otherwise fine. Very good value for money. More

We were very warmly welcomed and our room was spotless. The view from our window of Carrigafoyle Castle was absolutely stunning. The breakfasts were great as was the evening meal. The location of Castle View House suited us perfectly, being on an island meant no traffic noise so we had wonderful sleeps - but it was also very central to... More

We spent 6 nights in Castle View House and had a room with a beautiful view of the Carrigafoyle Castle. Patricia and Garrett welcomed us very warmly. The room with the little bathroom was not very big, but the big bed inside was very comfortable and we slept very well. There was a homelike lounge with a big TV and... More

This B&B would definitely be perfect for a one night stay, just due to it's location being kind of off the beaten path. But that's also what makes it so special! To look out your window and see an old castle surround by water and land as far as you can see....when do you get to do that? Garrett and... More

This is not the most modern place in the world, but what it lacks in facilities it certainly makes up for in other ways. Garreth was really welcoming and was friendly and helpful from the very start. It's a really nice location with fantastic views, but be warned you will need a car! The breakfast was really good, and again,... More

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely bed and breakfast. The location close to the Tarbert car ferry was very convenient. Patricia and Garrett were very welcoming and hospitable. We slept very well and loved the view from our window. More

Patricia and Garrett were wonderful hosts for our family stay with them while we were in Ireland. The dinner was excellent, enjoyed by all. Peaceful place for a walk and nearby Castle provides a taste of the old days. Toby and Kelly (two St. Bernard's) were friendly and added special memories. We would definitely stay again in the future. More

Castle View was exactly what we expected...Perfect! Its picturesque charm and scenery are unparalleled. Garrett and Patricia were wonderful hosts and they saw to our every need during our three night stay. While we were visiting family and sightseeing in western Kerry, Castle View was our home away from home. Patricia prepared excellent dinners during the two evenings we dined... More

We really enjoyed staying at Castle View House. Patricia and Garrett are such welcoming hosts. They could not do enough for us. The Breakfast was excellent (beautifully cooked and presented) as was the delicious home cooked Evening Dinner that we had the previous evening which was one of the best we had on our vacation. We felt very rested after... More
