Hotel is clean, but there is really nothing that stands it apart from others. The price for a room with no breakfast is a bit pricey. I have stayed at a Hilton in Houston and it was night and day to this one. This Hotel needs better food, pricing, and something to make the bar/lounge area more desirable.

Location is isolated and there are no stores nor restaurants nearby. Shuttle is provided by the hotel. Typical of Hilton chain of hotels, very clean and comfortable beds. Perfect for out of towners. Free breakfast, free Wi-Fi in room. Decent food at the hotel restaurant but no other choice.

Convenient property close to airport and place of business. High staff turn over - staff that remains is excellent. Have stayed at property from 03/2012 to present 03/2013 and have observed that HVAC makes noise - never turn it on, entrance to parking lot has holes from construction and during winter snow is seldom removed or cleared from parking lot.

Excellent service - but then I've come to expect this from Hilton Garden Inn. Close to airport. Clean rooms. Far enough from QE2 highway that you get a peaceful night's sleep. This hotel is located out of the way but is worthwhile due to the quality of staff. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful to the guests. One of our best experiences ever. Call for airport shuttle, front desk had us registered by the time we got there. Room and bed was excellent. Just thought for price breakfast should be free instead of $9.00 per person. Did not eat there maybe it was worth the extra, they did have a chef making individual breakfasts.
