Upon check in at the Delta Burnaby, the staff was so friendly and helpful. They remembered us each time we came into the hotel and even remembered our names! The rooms were nice and very clean. Good,clean and comfortable hotel., friendly front staff. Has a starbuck in the lobby and a chinese, Japanese restaurant next door along with a star-restaurant in the hotel. All in all good stay..Only wish they had more variety in pillows (hard/soft)
