Musty smell and damp carpets and pillows. They booked us beside partying kids and were awoken several times in the night. No sound insulation between the rooms. When the neighbours walk in their room you can hear and feel your room shake! Looks like a badly renovated old Motel, not up to normal Best Western standards.

We stayed for one night en route to Quebec. While the room was clean and quiet, there was a musty smell that didn't go away. Breakfast was adequate and the room was very good and roomy. Aside from the smell, all was ok but we wouldnt return for this reason.
