I stayed at this motel already three times. It is very clean and close to the beaches, The owner Rani is very friendly and accommodating. Of course it's not a five star motel but rooms are spacious and everything works properly. Going back in August.

Sorry it took me so long to write this review. I was reading the other ones and thought I should let you know that I had the same experience. They have no heat and we stayed in January 2009. IT WAS FREEZING! We actually sleep fully clothed so we wouldn't freeze to death.
