I found the front desk staff here to always be helpful, the problems with the presentation of this hotel have nothing to do with them. That being said, the rooms are in desperate need of updating! Stayed here during a visit to Port Dover.It was located about 10 mins away and has everything ,Tim Hortons,McDonald's,Walmart close by! Was clean and comfortable..enjoyed the picnic tables and outdoor chairs on the property.We were impressed with the clean breakfast room that was constantly restocked with bagels,toast as needed. “Clean and comfortable”

Staff was great especially in the breakfast room. Room was clean though the first room given to us stunk likes smoke. Breakfast room was small but filled with plenty of the basics. Bonus, they had a gas BBQ in the back for its guest wish I new that.

It is a fine feeling to know that what you set out to accomplish has been received with gratitude and recognition. It is our goal to make each of our guests feel comfortable and at home with us.
