We called the day of, and got the King bedroom, which was very spacious and nicely decorated with private patio etc. Good wireless/TV. We had a lovely omelette and fresh garden veggies for breakfast. Chatted with Jim over breakfast. Excellent location for exploring the entire island, especially Anne of Green Gables and the beaches. In response to the very negative... More

This was the worst B&B we have stayed at on PEI period. "The Room With A View " their best room, was so pretty on the website, however the windows to the deck were very dirty. The bed had clean sheets, mattress was comfortable, however the pillows old and lumpy, the comforter and decorative pillows on the bed soiled. They should be... More

Response from Caleb’s Outlook, As hosts of Caleb’s Outlook Bed and Breakfast, we are responding to this recently posted review of our establishment on PEI. Our normal experience has been very positive reviews both verbally and written, so this negative portrayal comes as a surprise and a disappointment. The summer of 2012 has been an exceptionally hot and dry summer... More

Jim and Betty run an excellent B&B. Clean, simple rooms with comfortable beds. Filling breakfasts with both hot and cold, sweet and savory foods. Plenty of land to roam around for picture-taking, with a dock and canoe on the river at the base of their property. Short drive to North Rustico Harbor beach (and kayaks and bikes) and the coastal... Awesome clean, modern B&B. Great views, 5* breakfast, great conversations with owners Betty, Jim and other guests. Their decks overlook the River Clyde, wander around their organic gardens. B&B`s are a great way to travel

Betty and Jim were great hosts and made us feel very welcome in their beautiful home. We had a lot of questions since it was our first trip to PEI, and they were excellent sources of information. Our room overlooked the beautiful countryside and river valley, providing pastoral scenes evening and morning. Their breakfasts were great, and on our last... More

enjoyed the hospitality of Jim and Patty and their well decorated room. Gorgeous views of farmland and the river. Breakfast was delicious and we particularly enjoyed the rhubarb marmalade. Really enjoyed our stay, good people. Will hopefully come again one day.

We visited PEI last summer and we stayed at this B&B for three nights. I hope we could have stayed more time. The hosts are lovely and made us feel like home. The breakfasts, Jim' scones and the fresh made tea were delicious. We even got the chance to make Strawberry and Blackcurrant ice cream with Jim. This B&B will... More

We had a great time at the B&B, they sure know how to cook and how to make people feel truly wanted! And then the VIEW!! Just breath taking! We also loved the nice and clean room, and of course the fresh made tea! A wonderful memory, thank you Jim and Betty! Love Tamara and Bram de Haas.

Jim and Betty are very welcoming and Caleb's Outlook is in a beautiful setting overlooking the river. They were very helpful in telling us places to visit and where to eat. This B and B is centrally located making it extremely easy to get around PEI. Their breakfasts were delicious, especially their coffee, and the b and b is spotless.... More

We had the room with a the view, and what a fantastic one too.Our hosts were very helpful in giving advice on what to do, where to go and most importantly somewhere good to eat.Nothing was to much trouble for them.Unfortunately we only stayed 3 nights wished now it had been longer.Breakfasts were very good too.
