My room was spotlessly clean, more than spacious with a beautiful bathroom, walk in wardrobe, iron, ironing board, safe, and small kitchen. Had a beautiful spa and pool. Location was excellent, on the beachfront, next to restaurants, cafes, fish and chips shop. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond advising on trips and things to do in... More

Arrived to check in and found that my on-line booking was for a small motel style room. Not what we had originally wanted, but because we did it on-line and after reception had closed, we couldnt really find out what our room would be like. Reception staff were wonderful and changed our room to another with kitchen and balcony. What... More

We have just returned from our third stay at the 'Scarborough Beach Resort' and have found that the level of comfort in the apartments has been maintained over the time we have been staying there. Each apartment we have stayed in has had a different configuration (we have stayed in both two and three bedroom apartments) but we have always... More

Stayed here for one night last weekend with my partner. We found the room to be small, yet the ensuite and walk in robe was sizable. The rooms were quiet and dark enough. Although there is a lap pool, spa and sauna within the complex they have restricted times for their use (ie no spa after 8pm). Limited hours of... More

We had previously stayed at the Scarborough Beach Resort last October 2012 and stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment for a few days. The apartment was spacious, living and kitchen, and the bathroom fine as there was a washer/dryer in there. This time we were only there for 2 days and decided to take a studio apartment with a balcony. The... More

Amazing location and an incredible, endless beach. Acommodation was clean and comfortable, offering spectacular sunset views. However we left an article of clothing behind and management was unable to locate it, even given clear instructions about the whereabouts of the item. I dont blame anyone more than myself but it does say something about the staff

Lovely spacious three bedroom apartment. I was assured of a sea view, but disapointed to find that meant going to the edge of the balcony and looking left. For a hotel right on the waterfront I expected a better view of the actual water. We booked literally at the last minute - so I won't comment on the fact that... More

This time I stayed in a one-bedroom apartment. I was having difficulty with online booking so I called up and requested a room opposite the sea. They were very accomodating. So myself and teenage son stayed. The apartment was well proportioned with full kitchen which was very well stocked. The interior was ok- tastefully decorated but we did notice a... More

For the money it wasn't value. We had 2 three bedroom appartments and it had been very hot only the main bedroom had air conditioning and the other two bedrooms were stiffleing. The carpet was old and shabby. It looked like it needed to be relayed. The dishwasher was full of dishes when we checked in and the place looked... More
