We stayed here for 2 nights after leaving Beunos Aires - a lovely relaxing place, excellent helpful staff - not much sign of gauchos although a horse ride was arranged, and a fishing trip at sunset was magical.
Food was excellent as long as you are not a fussy eater as it is a set menu for lunch and dinner....
