Following a seamless private transfer from the airport we were promptly checked in for our 7 night stay and escorted to our well appointed villa with a lovely outside shower. very nice place for the money big rooms and bathroom. very friendly staff. nice pool area. beds very hard but found that at most places i stayed. really enjoyed railay, would recommend the view point climb. nothing seemed to be open after 12pm. very chilled out place.

We stayed here for 5 nights and originally booked a one bed villa but we ended up staying in a villa plus which was really nice. The beds are just as hard everywhere else in Thailand, but overall this hotel is very nice. I rented a 1 bedroom for around ~$90 U.S. They have a nice pool - though not heated. It's not on the nice side of Railay, and the beach there is not swim-able, but I don't think that is much of an issue... More

Don't book if you have super high expectations or standards. Sunrise is great for the average budget and it's clean, comfortable and very convenient, but not perfect.
