G six is located in the centre of Sitiawan. It provides you a good nights rest and a clean room if you have some business in the Perak provence. Its located near a food court. I booked a standard double. It was clean and had a nice and bed. The bathroom is small but clean. For a short stay its perfect. For a longer stay perhaps you need a bigger room or if you are with kids. Its a good jump start to go to Ipoh or Pulau Pangkor. From the airport in Kuala Lumpur you can take an official airport taxi which is about 300 ringgit and takes 3 plus hours. There are also busses from KL you can book online. I recommend Starwira busses. lt'll take about 4 and half hours

My previous stays at hotels in Sitiawan were disastrous and I would have built a hotel here for myself if I could. This time, I hoped for something better and that I did receive.

G6 Hotel is a relatively new name, having taken over the previous property here, and given a quick makeover.

Location was good, being in the town center of Sitiawan, with department stores like The Store or Tesco just a few minutes walk or drive away.

The first thing you’d notice here is service. Good service attitude from the staffs that were a complete contrast from my previous experience. We were able to take a look at the rooms before deciding on a Family VIP room.

A rather large room that provided a king and queen bed, sofa, dining table and small cupboard at the corner, it can sleep at least 4 adults. A water dispenser is located at the end of the common corridor for your hot or cold water needs.

Unfortunately, I also did find the room rather dusty and soundproofing was not sufficient. You could hear sounds from corridor and the noisy roads which affected the sleep quality. I also experienced a going-to-be-faulty aircon and the bed creaked every time I got on or off it.

While not the best of hotels, it served its purpose, and the service made it better. It is apparent that this place is slowly developing as I observed more accommodation choices in the area.

Spent one night at this hotel. We had a room with a window, it provided us with a good nights rest. A clean and comfortable room, a small bathroom which was clean. G6 hotel is located near lots of shopping- The Store and eateries around. You could'nt go hungry. The shopping near Lumut Jetty was good with lots of shops selling endless list of salted and preserved food, fish, prawns, cuttle fish etc..etc. Thanks to hotel manager, Beatrice Veronica for providing us with a comfortable stay at G Six....Regina

Stayed here as most hotels in town were fully booked. It was a basic room and no major complaint at the price we paid. During booking, it was indicated that the room is without window but we were pleasantly surprised to be given a room with window.

Overall, the room is clean and cozy. Bed was comfortable despite some bad reviews. But one thing that I really didn't like was that the hotel didn't put a flat sheet underneath the comforter and the comforter felt sticky...don't think it has been washed for a while.

The toilet was clean but the floor tiles were slippery.. not suitable for elderly folks and kids.

The good thing about having window was that you get some ventilation but it also means you are facing the main road which can be quite noisy at night.

Well... not my first choice hotel but it will do for a short stay.

Room is clean, bathroom is good, great to have a small fridge for storing my personal items. Bed is good and comfortable, does not sag in the middle. Facilities in the room are excellent for a budget hotel in Sitiawan. Good location and close to shops.
The traffic noise did not bother me during sleeping hours.
Patrons could ask for rooms facing away from the main road. Friendly and informative staff too.
I would definitely return for this great hotel with very competitive price.

After a whole day out, it is nice to just crash in the comfortable bed. There was slight cigarette smell in the corridor, so hopefully they managed to get rid of it. The staff were polite. Located opposite a supermarket, so if you need anything, you can just walk across the road.

The manager is very friendly and helpful, she even called me to confirm our reservation once again since we arrived late in the evening. Regarding the room, we were given room without window. Other than this, everything in the room is enough for our short stay - and the bed was great. The air freshener should be reduced though - for it was a bit strong.
