We stay at Acacia Dive Resort in Anilao from April 23 to April 29, 2013. During that time we dove 21 times, 2 shore dives at the house reef and 19 boat dives. The resort was very attentive to your need. The owner, Oliver Ang also had his hands on on everything. Good impression started at Manila Airport when the... More

I found the overall aura of the place quite chill and relaxed. Before I proceed, I think I will need to stress the fact that this is a dive center not a beach resort. The shore is rocky and is mostly for docking boats that takes you to over 30 beautiful dive sites around the area. We were all first... More

Acacia resort was all about the diving for us, and the diving is amazing, so too is the service. From the dive boats and crew to the guides to the hot towels post diving, this was liveaboard diving ease with none of the draw backs of living on a boat. We touched our gear twice, once to unpack, and once... More

Stayed here with a group of scuba divers for a week. Rooms were ok but plumbing left a lot to be desired. The water in the sinks and shower were warm at best. Room tended to be quite damp even with AC unit running. This made sleeping a bit challenging due to the discomfort of damp sheets. The food, however,... More

Acacia Resort is THE resort to go to in Anilao, Batangas as a base for divers and non-divers alike. Value for me is topnotch as you get what you pay for: good food, spacious, modern and comfortable rooms, excellent amenities, accommodating and knowledgable staff, located far from communities where karaokes blare all night. It's my home away from home. You... More

Acacia has got to be one of the most coziest, cleanest and most professionally run dive center and hotel in the Anilao area. Even if you're bringing along non-divers, or are not one yourself, just lounging around the pool, drinking coffee or just sleeping in the rooms will definitely be activities that you will be looking forward to and keep... I must admit that this property is nicely decorated and the building material they used were of high standard in Philippines standard. However, details of settings in the room were ignored. For example, the bedside table which was fixed to the bed blocked the power sockets behind the bed. Therefore I had to move the bed in order to use... More

.. but its a pretty nice place to just relax on a weekend. We went to Acacia back in January 2011 to celebrate the birthday of my best friend who's friends with the owner of the resort. It was also my first time in Anilao so this review may be a little bit biased.. :P Back to Acacia, the place... More

Three of us paid about USD2000 for three days of diving, four nights of accommodation in one shared room and food. It seemed a bit pricy but we have no comparison. Our room was spacious and clean. Food wasn't fancy but adequate. The staff was courteous. Chito, the owner, was pleasant company. Dive equipment hire cost extra, and that's where... More
