I was there at Hôtel Wellington with my wife and stayed there for almost more than a month , I would say the Hotel was really good in terms of Location, Room , Staff and service. Rooms were neat and clean staff was very helpful specially the owner Mr. ALI, who gave us personal touch during our stay. This hotel... More

The hotel was very beautiful. The building old and historic. Nice and friendly staff, clean and very good price. I stayed there for a few nights. The room was large and clean. The service was very good. I asked for extra pillows and blanket and the lady brought them to my room right away. Nice and safe location with easy access... More

I visited Hôtel Wellington with my family. The price was very low for 4 people! I asked to see the room, and it was clean and tidy. The room was warm but they gave us an extra heater too and it was chaud and comfortable. They were nice people. If I go to sherbrooke again I will visit it again.

The staff at the counter had to wear winter gear not to freeze! Should have been a sign... They cut the heat at night so it was so cold at one point that I had to wear a tuque and my polar sweater not to completely freeze :( And when my boyfriend went to the washroom to brush his teeth... More

Stuck in Sherbrooke for the night, I decided to get a room at the Wellington Hôtel, located right by the bus depot. Arrived there around midnight, dead tired. The manager came to the room, turned on a tiny heater and left. I removed my thick winter coat... And I noticed that the temperature in the room was barely above zero... More

I don't usually write reviews, but this hotel deserves it. I spent two nights there with my wife on a recent trip. We found it accidentally. The hotel is in a heritage building, which I absolutely like. It was a bargain, with a nice room, good location, and very friendly staff. We were satisfied with everything. When checking out I... This was a nice surprise, especially considering its very reasonable prices. The rooms were clean and tidy and the staff were nice people. It is very close to a lake, as well as the "forks" a la Winnipeg's the Forks, where two rivers meet. There are many restaurants near it. I suggest eating at Bla Bla, which is at the... More

I stayed at hotel wellington for two nights, and I loved it. I was a bit concerned after reading some of the comments here, but decided to give it a try. I am glad I did it! The staff were very friendly and the prices were very reasonable. The hotel was close to some good restaurants. The neighborhood seemed much... More

My adult daughter and I spent a weekend at this hotel as there was nothing else available in Sherbrooke the weekend we were there and we will never stay there again. I do not recommend it at all. I am sorry to hear the negative impression that you got after your stay. At the time we used to clean up the rooms of our customers only if they had put a "Clean the room" sign on their doors. This was simply to respect the privacy of our guests. We have since changed our policy, and clean the rooms... More
