“Not clean, worn, terrible room conditions”

I preface this review with the fact we were traveling with a group of middle school students so perhaps a hotel that is already beat up is appropriate for them. We celebrated Christmas with friends (many friends) there from dec. 22 to dec. 26. The biggest advantage of this hotel is that it's close to both Qc-city center and Mt-Ste-Anne.
