Stayed here 2 nights with friends in a one-bedroom apartment in this complex. It is very well situated. Close to downtown and old Montréal. The building lobby looks very modern but the apartment itself is quite old with some modern furniture. You can put lipstick on a pig, it still is a pig... not that this was a bad place... More

The location is ideal for the great festivals around town, restaurants and boutique shops. The building also offers nice amenities (swimming pool, clean laundry facilities, wifi and workout facility). Sadly, the bed was horrible uncomfortable and the walls incredibly thin. I understand but found it odd that room service did not exist without paying an additional fee for it.

We stayed at the apartments during the Just For Laughs Festival. It was conveniently located close to the shops, restaurants, grocery store and public transport.
