Had a business conference at HPA. Great room, excellent set-up. The personal was very available and quick to respond to every need. Easy access to 701 afterwards for cocktail with the group where the manager took really good care of our group. ! Thank you for everything I highly recommend it !

You cannot complain about the location. It is great! The rooms are very good. The service and the atmosphere something else entirely. If you do stay here, forget about room service. Amazing staff! Arrived after a horrible winter drive, they made us feel welcome and relaxed. They had excellent recommendations for local atttractions. The room was better than we had hoped! Three years later, and we are still talking about this hotel as our favorite get away!

The rooms in this hotel were big and beautiful! Fabulous shower and bath. The location of the hotel was perfect if you want to spend your time in Old Montreal...walking distance to amazing restaurants and shops. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

What can I say other than amazing! From the staff to the rooms to the location, this hotel is unbelievable! We stayed in the penthouse suite and it was absolute luxury from beginning to end. Perfect location - steps from Notre Dame and two underground stations. The staff could not have been more helpful.. The bar was fun and lively although sometimes a little too loud. Food was great and the servers very helpful Rooms were well appointed Spa staff again great
