Pros:
1. Great location - right on top of mall with elevator connection so close to food court and right in downtown Montreal.
2. Got really cheap rate on priceline.
Cons:
1. PARKING EXTRA $19 PER DAY

This hotel is very well located in Montreal, close to Place des Arts and the Orchestra house. Service has improved a lot since Hyatt took over the place. This hotel is located in the center of Montréal and there is no possibility to make a reservation in French. I asked for a French receptionist. I waited 15 minutes.
