The staff are extremely helpful. Michael at the front desk identified and took care of all of our needs. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Hotel is "right in old Montreal" so you can park the car and walk to everything. Room top lounge affords spectacular views. This hotel without question gets 5 stars

We stayed here with our 22 month old son. The staff were very very helpful and friendly. They made a real fuss of our little boy. It is expensive but the location, rooms, breakfast and staff are what you're paying for. Thoroughly recommended.
