“VERY NICE STAY”

i have stayed there for 2 nights ,front desk stuff were amazing smiling and greeting all the time ,rooms were clean ,housekeeping they were really nice they will give you right away whaterver you need , i will stay there again !

“just good enough”

Rooms are ok - just. Included breakfast is certainly a waste and the a la carte breakfast is significantly overpriced. All in all, it was alright for a night or two, nothing more. There are plenty of restaurants and a mall within walking distance (as long as it isn't 20 below!).

“Didn't Even Get my Call Returned!”

I left a message with the event planner at the Holiday Inn Laval to book my room as part of the event and a week later I have still not received a call back! The reservation staff said that was the only way I could make my reservation and was transferred to the unresponsive event planner.

Modernised yes, good value no. This has to be one of the worst Holiday Inns I have stayed in. The beds were so hard and heater too noisy. “Great experience”

Was in Laval for a wedding and after a terrible experience at a dump in Montreal this was a very pleasant surprise!!!! Nice, clean, well kept hotel! Lobby nice, rooms very nice & staff lovely & helpful! Would definitely recommend!! Great stay at the Holiday Inn Laval! Would definitely go back.

“Really nice hotel”

I stayed there for 1 night and was totally satisfied. it was clean,comfortable and the staff helpful. Well situated and easy to find. Enjoyed the fact that there is a restaurant "Cage Aux Sports" right in the hotel. I would recommend it and would stay there again.

“Great Overnight Stopover”

Had a great stay at this hotel. Lobby very clean, reception very friendly and efficient. Had a corner room, very spacious and clean as well. Enjoyed a simple meal at La Cage. Thanks for the hospitality!
