My experience there was good. Yes plenty seedy characters but nobody said anything. The management cooperative. The sheets were clean the attached bath to the single room on the 3rd floor was reasonable, hot water, and everything working. I've been to a few hostels in T.O and they are all tiny, with single beds, shared bathrooms, and fridge. At Dundas, at least there were tv, outlets, private bathroom and a full-sized bed in a private room. And yes, great location. I'm goin back again soon More
