“In need of a good cleaning”

May 22, 2013. Check in was fine - room was in need of a good cleaning - bathroom ceiling fan was filthy, toilet and bathtub did not drain (went to front desk and told them of the issue but it did not get repaired), stained sheets - ink and other...... The bed was very comfortable however.

“hi there..my last stay”

I stay here often for business. They recently added a travel agency inside the Hotel. I think it's also called "Mary-am" - could be helpful to anyone who still goes to a travel agency.. The Hotel itself is very clean and the service is quite good.

“Horrible service”

The reception service was horrible. I wrote an email to the hotel a few days prior to my arrival to inform them of our late arrival and that we would like to have a parking spot held for us. The hotel wrote back to us saying that we don't need to worry as there will be plenty of parking space.... More

“Did Not Enjoy”

We stayed at the Maryam Hotel North York over the Thanksgiving weekend. We found the hotel to be loud, the parking poor and the room was not clean. We will never stay there again.

“Under renovations”

Not a bad little hotel. Perhaps over rated due to renovations being done. Our room had yet to be reno so it was showing it's age but it was clean and comfortable.

Room was in poor shape, hallway smelled of urine and heating/AC didn't work. Website is misleading; there is no exercise room, no free breakfast and the subway is a mile away. This hotel should be avoided at all costs.

This hotel is the worst and dirtiest hotel I have ever been to. The room had bugs everywhere, the sheets were dirty and crumpled, nothing works in the suite, and the service was beyond terrible.
