We've just returned on Thursday from our vacation and part of it we spent at this house. It is a lovely place, very simple but very unique and extremely clean. Absolutely lovely young woman at the front desk, made sure we enjoyed every day. Good assortment of snacks. Our gratitude to them, we'll return next year.

I visited the U of Toronto for a week in early January and my stay at the Annex Quest House was really great. You can make tea, coffee and help yourself to free bottled water and granola bars if you so wish. Annex is centrally located, clean and comfy. Feels like rooms in a welcoming home.

This location is literally beside the Spadina subway. Clean and simple accommodations, courteous and professional staff, appropriately priced. We appreciated the bottled water and the snacks. We were pleased and will consider this location again in the future as an alternative to overpriced hotels.
