We were there for a five night stay with tao volleyball teams and had a Great stay. Mind you this isn't the Sheraton or Fairmont but the price isn't the same either. The staff was very Nice and did everything to accomodate us. The rooms aren't new but were cleaned every day. The kitchen facilities were food and the continental... More

I cannot even begin to rate this "hotel"! It is a dorm residence 10 months of the year and they try and pass it off as a hotel the other 2. We were reminded of this several times like when we asked if there was a printer to use, clean rooms, hair dryers, computer access....WE ARE NOT students if we... More

Over the last couple of years Toronto has seen an increased amount of bed bugs incidences and as such the Centennial College Residence & Conference Centre has taken a proactive approach in dealing with the problem. In doing so, we have enlisted the help of a pest control company that provides efficient service in a timely matter and is knowledgeable... More

This is not a hotel. The linens and mattresses were stained. The bathroom was dirty, tub stained black, hair on the wall. They have bed bugs. The pool is only available 6-10 PM. The breakfast is minimal. Everything is old and beat. The staff was nice considering how much they must deal with.

Our room was ready when we arrived and it was clean and comfortable. This is not a high end hotel, but neither is it a run down motel. In terms of amenities and overall condition it's much like an Amerisuites hotel. I would stay there again if I have reason to be in the area. during the summer. This is... More

This was not a good hotel as seen from the reviews so the expectations were not very high. And the reviews are right. The hotel is definitely below average. It is a 5 floor building which serves as residence for students as well as a hotel as well as a meeting place for gatherings (there are conference rooms and meals).... More

This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The hallways smelled like human body order it was so bad it made me feel ill. I was welcomed with a Giant Hair on my pillow and the bathrooms were dirty. I have stayed at many of Hotels and I have found the worst hotel yet at this... More

After staying in this so called hotel, I would never return. This is a very low class place that should only be used for college students. The beds were about 30 years old, carpet too, the fridges didn't keep anything cold and the bath was so black and had dirt stains. With a entire team of kids, you could only... More

Great location. I booked 2 rooms for my relatives travelling from New York, we were given 2 adjoining rooms which helps when you are travelling with kids. The rooms had new beds and carpet. Breakfast was served in their garden atrium surrounded by trees and a water fountain. We were able to used their kitchen and outdoor barbeque. The Staff... More
