I stayed here for a work conference in May. The facilities are good, but like most hotels surrounding Pearson (Toronto) Airport, they charge you for parking. Shuttle every 1/2 hr to the airport is very handy. Nice size pool and hot tub. Club lounge food very average due to what is being offered. No worries with the hotel being clean you just felt you were in an industrial area. Try to ask for a room with a park view if possible. Nice restaurants across the road... More

Upon Check in, our host Jeremy was kind enough to give us an upgrade! Because we were traveling with 3 kids, instead of a cot, he managed to give us a suite, thus making our stay that much more comfortable! We were also treated very well at our dinner in the hotel restaurant. We'll definitely stay here again.

Got a great deal through Hotwire to stay at this Sheraton. Great location, great service, very nice rooms, awesome pool, jacuzzi & exercise room. The rooms were incredibly quiet.
