We were only here for one night. The lobby looked really nice, and staff was very friendly. Our room was on the 8th floor. Great hotel and great location for party goers for Caribana. Really close to downtown and great shops and restaurants in the area. Parking was a bit expensive and the balcony is not accessible as the door only opens about 2 in, but nonetheless, great value for your $$$. Will be going back next year!!

A lovely hotel perfect for a weekend away...got a deal on-line internet access was $10 per day! thought that charging for internet went the way of the dodo bird. ( we just went over to Starbucks across the street) They also charged for parking in their spacious lot..so much for a real deal.
