Had a wonderful stay at the Park Hyatt this past weekend. The gentleman who assisted me at check-in immediately put me at ease with a gracious and thoughtful welcome and seemed genuinely interested in my travel to the hotel. My room had a beautiful view of the CN Tower and also of the architecturally interesting entrance to the Royal Ontario... More

Absolutley loved the stay. The front desk crew to housekeeping...name it, were fantastic. Excellent service. I am a diamond who stayed on points and was there with the family and we were treated so well we felt like guests who come every week. They even apologize when they seem not to have remembered your name. Pretty cute. We spent a... More

I spent one night here in a suite for my stag. The hotel front desk was more then accommodating in regards with getting my friends room put on the same floor. They both were great rooms very spacious and luxurious. I think I've stayed at 15 hyatts now this was the nicest room so far. I also must say the... More

Had a very nice experience at the hotel, the staff were courteous and knowledgeable. It's location is perfect, surrounded by beautiful neighborhoods, and across the street from the Royal Ontario Museum, which is a must see.

I can't say enough about how much I love this hotel and the service that it provides. I stayed here for just 2 days in March on a business trip and was treated like a queen. The hotel automatically upgraded me to a suite when I arrived. While the room was not plush, the bathroom was brand new and luxurious.... More

We stayed at the Park Hyatt on my miles, the price of a room was advertised at approx. $300-350 CAD at the time on web sites. I genuinely like Hyatt hotels, they offer a relatively high level of service throughout the world and great consistency from one place to another. This one in Toronto helped me re-discover a city I... More
