Stayed for x6 nights and to be honest no real issues with the hotel . As previously mentioned the location is great, although probably a 20-25 min walk to yonge and dundas square, but a great location for the cn tower , theatres and a great selection of bars and restaurants close by. Rooms cleaned daily although personally I felt... More

I stayed at the hotel for three nights while I was at a conference. The hotel has a great atmosphere and welcoming staff who are there to please. Good food in the restaurant and there is a starbucks just off the lobby which is very convenient. Everything you need is within a few blocks which means you have some of... More

My company booked conference space and a block of rooms for a North American meeting. I haven't stayed in a Hyatt in many years. I'm more of a Marriott and Hilton person. With that being said, I won't be staying in a Hyatt again unless it's done for me. The room's carpet was old and felt old. The bathroom looked... More

Upon arriving at the Hyatt via the parking garage elevator, we were greeted by 'Jose' (according to his name tag) who stopped us and informed us he could not allow us any further into the hotel with the amount of alcohol we were carrying - 15 cans of beer. My first impression was that Jose was messing with us but... More

We got a great deal on Priceline for this hotel. Best thing about this hotel is the location and the front desk staff. The decor is a bit weird, and our room needed a serious vacuuming and dusting. But, when we mentioned it to the desk staff the comped our parking ($30), a nice touch. More

The Hyatt Regency Toronto is a great spot to stay if you just want to experience/explore downtown Toronto. If you don't mind walking around the core of the city, it is in my opinion one of the better spots to stay. The hotel did at one time go under the brand of Holiday Inn but was sold and and had... I stayed at the Hyatt for one night to attend a conference that was held on site. The beds are SUPER comfortable but the rooms need a mirror in the guest room itself. When two people are in a room and one is in the bathroom, the other person is likely getting ready outside of the bathroom and needs a... More

Stayed here in January of 2012 with my boyfriend for a nice night in the city. Decent hotel, but definitely not anything special. Staff - Friendly enough, didn't wow us in any way however Room - The rooms start on the ninth floor so they all have decent views. We were put on the tenth floor facing the back parking... More

Great location on King St W, close to clubs, restaurants and all the big event centres. Rooms were neat, although the garbage in the room hadn't been emptied and there were plastic wrappers next to the garbage. I wouldn't call the room dirty, but it certainly wasn't spic and span. On the weekends, this is definitely a loud hotel as... More

Had a great time at the Hyatt Regency in Toronto in June of 2011. The staff were courteous and helpful, the new look to the hotel was impressive and we received a free room upgrade for being Hyatt Gold Members. Well done. Will go back! More
