Warm welcome,asked for an upgrade and got it,but even then, the business suites seemed kind of very small, very quiet rooms on the 6 th floor, not far from the water front and major attractions.I would ask for a room with a view next time!

Great location and fancy lobby. Parking is is horrific and no where near the hotel. While it "looks" good, the rooms are dirty and not very well kept. The floors are hardwood-like and my feet were covered in dirt after one trip from the bathroom to the bed.

Reminded me very much of a small European hotel. Small room, odd shape. Clean, free wifi, decent TV. No fridge though. Excellent downtown location, 5 minutes to Union station. Decent restaurant adjacent to hotel. Free newspaper. Good value for downtown @ approx $120/nite with taxes included. Will stay there again

While recently travelling by train to Toronto, I was looking for an affordable accommodation within walking distance of Union Station. The location is perfect! It is centrally located downtown and within walking distance to all major attractions. No issues... Rooms are a little small however they are clean and beds comfortable. The location of the hotel is excellent with easy access to the subway and downtown amenities. No noise issues in our rooms as noted by others I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here in the future.

This was our second stay at this location. It was a great stay. Very quiet which I would not expect from a hotel on Yonge Street. Location is great and walking distance to many great places. Room was very clean and well maintained over our 3 day stay. Comfortable rooms and beds. Wifi available in rooms.
