“Management very rude and room was disappointing.”

I'm surprised this motel manages to stay in business. The management was extremely rude to me. The room was clean but was supposed to be non-smoking - had obviously been smoked in many times and and an attempt was made to disguise this with air freshener. There was no window to open. Claustrophobic, hardly slept at all. And really rude... More
